PRODUCTION
CRAFTMANSHIP TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
The manufacturing process is critical in ensuring absolutely perfect results of the highest possible quality.
FIRST PHASE: WOODWORKING
The profiles of the Nardelli blinds are produced on machines with numerical control to guarantee maximum precision and optimum performance.
SECOND PHASE: PAINTING
The skilful processing of the wood allows the impregnating agent to penetrate even the most inaccessible parts of the blind during the delicate painting phase. The rounded edges also help prevent irregularities in the paint film, thus ensuring excellent durability.
THIRD PHASE: TECHNICAL TRACEABILITY
RFID technology is used in In each panel to ensure that the technical manufacturing information is present within each product.
WOOD
NATURE TO THE FORE
Wood lies at the heart of the entire Nardelli production process.
Spruce, pine, chestnut, mahogany, laminated meranti, laminated larch and oak: all these fine woods, artificially dried in special ovens, are chosen using automatic sorters that can eliminate every defect. There are no knots, pockets of resin or other imperfections in the raw material, as only the best is permitted to become a Nardelli blind.
Each panel is fitted with a microchip – RFID technology – to ensure complete traceability both during manufacturing and when using the finished product.
TOP-QUALITY TECHNOLOGY
PERFECT PRECISION
Nardelli wooden blinds are optimised using RFID technology to ensure the complete traceability of each panel. A simple microchip can thus immediately provide all the technical characteristics of the product, both during manufacturing and when using the finished product.
